In an effort to give the illusion that they might be serious about what’s actually happening all over the Middle East to Christians, on Monday night, the US House of Representatives unanimously passed a “non-binding” Resolution. You would think that this Resolution is declaring that the slaughter of Christians in the Middle East, by the “Cult of satan”, islam, is genocide? But then in the language of the Resolution they show they just don’t get it.
As reported by Austin Ruse with Breitbart News, “Those who commit or support atrocities against Christians and other ethnic and religious minorities, including Yezidis, Turkmen, Sabea-Mandeans, Kaka’e, and Kurds, and who target them specifically for ethnic or religious reasons, are committing, and are hereby declared to be committing, ‘war crimes,’ ‘crimes against humanity,’ and ‘genocide.’”
The simple fact that the language is “Those who commit or support atrocities” rather than calling “Those,” “moslems,” says it all. Our gutless Representatives in the US House unanimously voted that they will continue to work feverously at “rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic” while they’re in total denial that the “iceberg” exist. I mean, they didn’t even have the guts to refer to “Those” by their normal wiggle term, “radical moslem terrorists”. This must be why the Congress voted to fund 300,000 of “Those” to be imported in to the United States this year. Does anybody believe that there are going to be any of these “Christians and other ethnic and religious minorities” that will be part of the 300,000 of “Those” coming to our Country? I wouldn’t make a wager on it.
I may be wrong, but I just see this as a big “head fake”. I’m most concerned about what the real intent behind this action really is? Why won’t our “Representatives” actually take a stand and do something “binding”? And why won’t they call “Those” who are committing genocide against Christians in the Middle East what they are, moslems, or even “radical moslem terrorist”? I think the answer to all of these questions is really very simple. They just want the cover of appearing to do “something”, without offending anybody. Guess what? I’M A US CITIZEN AND I’M OFFENDED! And I can only hope that millions of my fellow US Citizens are offended too.
How many more of our fellow Christians in the Middle East will be raped, enslaved and/or slaughtered because our gutless wonders in Washington, DC are more concerned with not offending “Those” who are committing this genocide, than doing the right thing? I’m sure their political consultants and policy advisers have told them that We The People are sick of reading the real stories from those “trouble makers” in the “new” media that our Brothers and Sisters in Christ are being exterminated, so they must do “something”. I’m also sure these same consultants and advisers are telling them that We The People are too stupid to understand that this action is just smoke-screen and a waste of time and taxpayer dollars, and will be pacified that they have done “something”.
Well, I’m not that stupid nor am I pacified that they have done “something”! I’m actually more pissed off than before that those in the “DC bubble” are treating my fellow US Citizens and myself in such a disrespectful manner. I now know that they are being blatantly arrogant and deceitful, rather just clueless. These are the same people who can’t understand why Donald Trump is doing what he’s doing? It’s this kind of do nothing “something”. As We The People watch our government continue to play games, we also see Mr. Trump as the only person in the race who isn’t “Peeing on our leg and telling US it’s raining.”
Hey Congress, I’ve got a suggestion. How about you “zip up” your collective pants and quit peeing on our leg! We The People know there’s a real storm happening and the flood is coming! You might want to start thinking about who it is that operates the lifeboats? Hint: They’re not in Washington, DC.
