As The Patriots Business Alliance enters its 2nd year, I have to tell you I’ve been surprised by some things I’ve learned in our first year of operation. I must say I have also been very disappointed by some of the things I’ve learned in this same year. I’ve really gained a much better understanding that the small but vocal minority, that are the radical Liberal-Progressives in this Country, have truly been able to achieve far beyond their reach and numbers.
One of, if not the most disappointing, thing I’ve learned is that in today’s United States, being Patriotic is almost always automatically seen as being political? As a child of the 60s and 70s, where being a proud, Patriotic US Citizen was just accepted as the normal position of living in this Great Country, this year has opened my eyes to how far we have moved from that being the norm. I’ve learned that many in the business world are scared to death that they might offend a “liberal Snowflake”, and lose one almighty dollar, by declaring they are a Patriot-run business.
I mean the idea that you would join an organization, and proclaim that you intend to run your business in a way that chooses to uphold the basic Values and Principles this Country was founded on, is scarier to so many business owners, than what’s being done to our Great Country has been a real eye-opener to me. This has shown me; in very bold colors, just how effective the scare tactics of the Liberal-Progressives, and their accomplices in the “news” media, has been over the last 20-30 years. And this is what makes me even more determined to work harder every day to make this enterprise a huge success.
On the other side of this conversation, the first 100+ business owners to date, who have chosen to stand and make this statement, have given me the determination to plow forward and make a difference. I know there are thousands and thousands of other businesses, and business owners, out there who are not scared to stand. And I’m willing to keep knocking on doors and proselytizing for the saving of our Dear Republic, knowing that the numbers will turn upward. So every day, there are other businesses, with an American Flag proudly flying in front of them, which need to know that there are fellow Patriotic business owners who care about the future of this Country, and are willing to make a difference for their children and grandchildren, I will knock on their door.

As President Ronald Reagan said, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same.” Well, I intend to fight for it and protect it for those who come after US!
