General Practice Law Firm located in the foothills of the North Carolina mountains, established in 1977 by U.S. Army and Vietnam Veteran, Stephen T. Daniel.   In 2000, Stephen T. Daniel was joined in the practice by his son, Warren T. Daniel, a West Point graduate and U.S. Army Veteran.  Attorney Warren Daniel was elected to the NC Senate in 2011, and continues to serve in the NC General Assembly, representing Burke, McDowell and Buncombe Counties.  Sen. Daniel continues to practice law when the General Assembly is not in session.

Primary Practice Areas:  Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, Estate Planning and Administration, Social Security Disability, Debt Collection, Foreclosure, and other matters upon request.
