WOW! over the last several weeks, we’re seeing more and more evidence that the whole fallacy of the majority of the U.S. personal vehicle fleet moving to EVs, is going from being a Fairy Tale, to becoming a repetitive nightmare. As EVERY major U.S. auto manufacturing company is either slowing down, or fully idling their EV manufacturing plants, they’re learning what anybody with a brain already knew, We The People don’t want the damned things. Well, DUH!! Some of us saw this a while back, and even dared to suggest that there’s a more intelligent way for the Country to go “Green” with our personal transportation.

As we continue to see the current “powers that be” work to destroy our Culture and our economy through their “Green Not-New Deal”, I’m amazed at how foolish this whole rush to “transition” to electric vehicles truly is. We must understand that the push to EVs really has nothing to do with the environment, and everything to do with controlling you. I’ve written previously about this fallacy- https://4pba.com/why-the-push-for-electric-vehicles/?v=2e5df5aa3470
We understand that the basic knowledge of science and physics have become a thing of the past, but everything related to this whole “transition” is supposedly based in science. This is where the “dumbing down” really shows up. Today, in America, the cleanest and most efficient means of producing the electricity for EVs, besides coal, is through burning Natural Gas. And the technology is advancing everyday. The “Greenest” means of personal transportation today is driven by the modern internal combustion engine. So, why don’t we skip the middle man?
What do I mean by this? Why are we not moving to “transition” to Compressed Natural Gas vehicles? How dare I put forth such a radical idea? Well, first it’s about science and physics. The laws of physics say that when you move electricity through the distribution grid, you lose electricity volume in the process. It just is what it is. How many dollars will be required to expand the distribution grid to accommodate an explosion of EVs? And what is the “carbon footprint” to enact this expansion? I know, I know, why so many questions?
The inverse of this is that we already have a mature and efficient system for the distribution of natural gas. Down to most communities. We have proven vehicle technology that will not require a total “retooling” of a mature industry, just some simple “tweaking”. There are already CNG conversion kits available for many current vehicles on the road today. And as a bonus, every medium to large size landfill in the Country can become a source for vehicle fuel. https://www.biocng.us/biogas-opportunities/landfill-gas-energy/
So, why do they continue to pursue their utopian dreams of millions and millions of plug-in EVs, and the whole new grid that will be necessary to support them? Can you imagine the trillions of dollars that will be distributed by government, to their friends of government, who are allowed to participate? This will make the Military Industrial Complex look like a bunch of amateurs at fleecing the taxpayers, and the public in general.
God Bless America! And America, Please Bless God Again!
