On Friday, May 13, 2016, Chancellor Jarrett, speaking through the Meat-puppet in Chief, issued an edict from on high that ALL public schools that received national government education funding must make the bathrooms in all of their schools “inclusive”. If they didn’t comply they might put their national government funding at risk. Later on Friday, the Meat-puppet in Chief’s “Mini me”, Josh Earnest, said that Madam Chancellor’s edict should be seen as “guidance”, not a “threat”. Guidance? Really? Sure sounds like what a threat was before the national government got involved in education and has systematically worked to “dumb-down” the Citizenry.
So, Her Highness has decided that the rabble at the State level needs to be punished, financially, if they don’t fall in line with her agenda? I believe that if the national government chooses to financially “punish” a State, and the Citizens there in, then the State(s) should respond by advising ALL companies and individuals within their State to suspend ALL withheld tax payments to the national government, and redirect those payments directly to the State. The national government CAN NOT punish the State(s) financially without having first confiscated the monies of those who reside in the State. It’s really that simple. So it only makes sense that the State(s), and the Citizens there in, should cut off the national government’s sources of revenue, and in turn, punishment.
On any issue where the national government has no defined Constitutional jurisdiction, like the definition of marriage or public school bathroom policies or many other issues, isn’t it the responsibility of each State, through their Republican form of government, meaning their elected legislatures, to choose whether or not to even acknowledge the validity of the national government’s position? And if the national government chooses to sue, shouldn’t those same State entities decide whether or not to even acknowledge the national government’s legal actions? I truthfully believe that the Jarrett Administration’s national letter on public school bathroom policy Friday may be the greatest gift we have been given for State freedom.
Why should the State(s) choose to expend their fiscal resources to even respond to an illegal action by the national government? In what Article or Section of, or Amendment to, our Constitution does the national government find the authority to act in this manner? It is well past time for the States to retake the powers that the Founders gave them in the Constitution and encourage, no, actively and overtly support, the Citizens residing in them to practice financial civil disobedience against the national government. The State should also inform every County Sheriff that they are expected to arrest and detain any agent of the national government that attempts to harass any Citizen, living within their jurisdiction, for taking part in this civil disobedience.
We The People must now make the decision to stand against the national government in every way we can. I know there are some who would say I’m advocating for anarchy. I would argue that at the point where we now find ourselves in this Country, it is the national government that is the primer for anarchy with its total disregard of the Constitution, and in turn the States and the Citizens. I believe that we have reached that place where the only proper response to the total lawlessness and tyranny of the national government, is through lawless reactions by the States, and the Citizens. Does anybody believe that our Founders would not be reacting in total defiance at this point? And did anybody ever think that access to bathrooms, or the question of who should be using which bathroom, could be the final tipping point catalyst for all of this? Me either.
From our Declaration of Independence- “That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” Pretty much sums it up for me.
