On Friday, June 28, 2024, the SCOTUS released their opinion that reversed 40+ years of improper precedence with the ruling in the case- LOPER BRIGHT ENTERPRISES et all v. RAIMONDO, SECRETARY OF COMMERCE, also known as the “Chevron Doctrine” decision. In this landmark decision, they took the unbound power of making regulations, with no external oversight, away from Executive Branch Agencies. It returns the responsibility of this to Congress to properly make law, and gives those who challenge an unspecified regulation, the right to be heard before a Court of Law.
Moving now to the other subject of this article.
Back in May 2024, the Biden-directed U.S. Department of Education issued a whole new set of Title IX Regulations, to be instituted under the auspices of the Department of Health and Human Services to stop discrimination against “non-binary” children. They were to be implemented in all U.S. Government Schools who receive ANY National Government Education dollars starting on August 1, 2024.
Here are the bullet points of the new regulations-
Expanded Definition of Sex-Based Harassment: The new regulations expand the definition of sex-based harassment to include sexual orientation, gender identity, and pregnancy/lactation.
Protecting LGBTQ+ Students: The regulations provide protections for LGBTQ+ students from sex discrimination, including discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.
Pregnant and Parenting Students: The new regulations extend the definition of “sex-based harassment” to include pregnant people on campuses.
Accountability and Fairness: The regulations promote accountability by requiring schools to take prompt and effective action to end any sex discrimination in their education programs or activities, prevent its recurrence, and remedy its effects.
Empowering Students and Families: The regulations protect against retaliation for students, employees, and others who exercise their Title IX rights and provide support for students and families.

I hope you can see they have been “really cleaned up” for public release. Go back and look for any reference to transgender, or sports, or bathrooms, or locker rooms, or showers, or “road trip” school functions. None of the universally unacceptable situations or conditions are mentioned. Hmm, how does that happen?
This new attack on Straight students and their families is unacceptable to any of the 90% of U.S. residents who don’t “identify” as any perverse piece of the LGBTQRSWAI+ “population”. And they’re trying to sell the regulation changes as being needed because of the meanness and hatefulness of the Straight population? Can you even wrap your head around this perverted conclusion?
Now back to the start of this article concerning the “Chevron Doctrine” ruling. In reading through the opinion, and reading several articles concerning this ruling, I kept seeing references to previous regulations being “Grandfathered” under the ruling? So, I reached out to one of my very smart “Legal Eagles” to inquire how this would and/or could effect these new Title IX regulations. His response to me was that even though these new regulations were announced before the ruling was released, BUT were set to go into effect after the ruling, they would be able to be legally challenged. They would not be “Grandfathered”. This is why, we believe, all of the cases filed to this point have resulted in a stay being issued against the implementation of the new regulations, including the latest from Friday, that stayed their implementation Nationwide until proper adjudication is completed.
We’ve watched for decades as these SCOTUS opinions/rulings are released, and so often they’re just seen as legal gobbledy-gook, that only would effect this group or that group. We’ve never seen an opinion that was so timely and impactful for the children and the future of our Republic. We all need to say a prayer of thanks and say thank you to our Constitutional Conservative Supreme Court for this! This one is all about the children and the future of this Republic!
God Bless America!! And America, PLEASE Bless God Again!!
