Article III, Section 3, Clause 1 of the Constitution of the United States is very simple and specific-
1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.(Emphasis added)
Now I understand that through the “dumbing down” of the Citizens of this Republic through our “education” system, we have lost the meaning of the term “Sovereign State”. But we must return to the understanding that our Founders recognized EACH individual State as a sovereign entity, within a union. Not just one of now fifty components that is a part of the Nation. This is critical in understanding their meaning of Treason as defined in our Constitution.
If the President of the United States directs the national government to undertake any action that assaults any one, any group of, or all of the States, through any national government entity under his direction, that is injurious to the entity that is assaulted, has he not committed Treason? I believe this a very serious question that needs to be addressed.
Now, add in consideration the requirement under Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution-
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, andshall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.” (Emphasis added)
Since the President is the Chief Executive of the United States, this means he is in direct control of all Departments of the Executive Branch of the United States Government, correct? Well, if he was to direct one of the Federal Departments under his direction to abstain from performing their duties under Article IV, Section 4, of protecting EVERY State from Invasion, then hasn’t he committed Treason under the exact definition specified in Article III, Section 3, Clause 1, of “levying War against them”?
I ask all of this in light of a story our friend Dennis Michael Lynch, www.dennismichaellynch.com, reported last evening-
“The Obama administration has told the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents to release illegal immigrants and no longer order them to appear at deportation hearings, essentially a license to stay in the United States, a key agent testified Thursday.
What’s more, the stand down order includes a requirement that the whereabouts of illegals released are not to be tracked.
“We might as well abolish our immigration laws altogether,” suggested agent Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council.”
How is this NOT Treason? The President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, through a Federal Department under his direct command, has WITHOUT QUESTION, violated his duty under Article IV, Section 4 to protect EVERY State from Invasion, which in turn is “levying War against them”. In addition, he has also directed his Federal Departments to have the States assist in his Treason, by using the monies confiscated from the Citizens living in the Several States, to force them to provide goods and services to these invaders. How has he not fulfilled another one of the definitions of Treason, “in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”?
My friends, I have absolutely no question that those men of honor and wisdom who wrote our Constitution, would see the actions of this President as committing, to both the intent and the letter of the Law, their exact definition of Treason. Where should We The People find the two Witnesses to provide Testimony to these overt Acts? I believe this is the only question that now remains to be answered. It’s high time that the lawless criminal who currently sits in the highest office in the land is prosecuted for the crime of Treason. What say you?
