“I’ve been to bass shack several times in the last month the employees are super helpful rather it be in store or on the phone. They’ve held things for me on two separate occasions for pickups. I’ve purchased daiwa rods, carp master twos, had reels lined and wrapped at the bass shack. They do it all. The people in there are super sweet and helpful.
